Provide opportunities for tertiary education through mentor scholarships.

Provide job opportunities to young mentors through a structure of multiplicity.

Equip a new generation of Leaders that value service to others and build upon opportunities for a successful future.

Create sustainable methods of funding Empower by identifying job creation opportunities within the community.
